Health benefits

We offer medical, dental and vision insurance. With marriages and domestic partnerships covered equally. We also match the costs of our international employees.

Retirement plan

For our US employees, we match 100% of your 401K, up to 60% of your salary. If you're an international employee, we will match what you contribute in your country, up to 6% of your annual salary.

100% remote

We are a 100% remote company and we don't try to emulate the office experience virtually. We believe in asynchronous communication and trusting our employees. We hired you for a reason!

Perks programs

We offer several perks stipends to support your home office and co-working space expenses, wellness, courses and more.

Family leave

You can take up to 16 weeks leave at 100% pay as a primary or secondary caregiver. After that, you can take an additional unpaid 8 weeks leave.

Have a life

Seriously! We don't want you working after 5. That "small change" can wait until tomorrow. This also includes 30 days of paid time off plus holidays.

Carbon neutral

We calculate our carbon emissions and our employees' and we offset them too by donating green initives.
